Ms. Suchko provides tax and financial services to a diverse base of clients. She provides tax planning as well as compliance at both the business and individual levels. She also is involved in tax and business consulting, including the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; state and local tax issues; and establishing and revising organization structures.
Experience
Ms. Suchko has over 14 years of tax and financial service experience. Her work with Alpern Rosenthal started in 1994 and she has become an expert in several areas of taxation. Ms. Suchko’s experiences in tax have focused on closely-held companies in various industries. Her client base includes businesses in manufacturing firms, construction entities and real estate businesses.
