Experience

Mr. Sipos joined the Firm as part of the merger with Kaplan Sipos & Associates. He started his career in public accounting with one of the national certified public accounting firms. He has over 20 years of practical experience providing a wide variety of services to a broad range of clients. Mr. Sipos has clients in numerous industries including professional services, construction, restaurant, real estate, distribution, transportation brokerage, entertainment, manufacturing and gaming. Mr. Sipos has been a frequent lecturer before various groups including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny and Westmoreland County Bar Associations, the International Association of Financial Planners and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute on topics including:

• Discovery in economic damage cases
• Pension valuations
• Tax and estate planning

In addition, he has been a guest speaker on a variety of talk radio shows to discuss current tax issues. He has also authored articles and outlines regarding equitable distribution relating to pension valuations.
