Mr. DiNatale has been a Shareholder of the Firm since 1988.
Mr. DiNatale is a frequent speaker on the subjects of estate planning,
personal taxation, corporate taxation, benefits planning for small
business, alternative minimum tax issues, tax free reorganizations and
income tax accounting for long-term contracts. His audiences include
various business and professional associations, chambers of commerce,
financial institutions, accounting societies and legal administrative
organizations.
