Mr. Langhorst performs the following services for Alpern Rosenthal
clients:
- Design, implementation and administration of qualified and
nonqualified retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), pension and
profit sharing plans
- Perform and supervise numerous operational compliance reviews for
public and private sector clients
- Prepare and coordinate Internal Revenue Service submissions and
various employee plans compliance resolution programs
- Expertise with reporting and disclosure issues and form 5500 for
retirement plans, welfare, fringe benefit plans and cafeteria plans

experience, including 12 years with Big 5 national accounting
firms.
