Experience
Mr. Kovacs is the Director of Quality Control for Alpern Rosenthal and is responsible for the Firm’s quality control policies and procedures. Mr. Kovacs has more than 22 years of experience in public accounting assisting clients with complex accounting and financial matters, including revenue recognition, share-based compensation, complex equity structures and fair value determination.
Mr. Kovacs is also a frequent author and lecturer on topics relating to the technology, manufacturing, distribution and automotive industries, working closely with clients to enhance their operations and financial results. He also has a significant amount of experience providing business solutions to clients in the construction, transportation and employee benefit plan industries.
