Areas of Specialization

Ms. Jones recruits top candidates in the areas of accounting and finance for placement with the Firm's clients. She meets with clients to determine staffing needs and provides placement services of accounting and finance candidates. In addition, Ms. Jones consults with candidates on resumé writing and interviewing skills and assists both the candidate and potential employer with negotiations through the entire interview and offer process.

Ms. Jones also meets with potential clients to assist in providing outplacement services utilizing our professional staff for short-term or special assignment needs.

Experience

Ms. Jones has experience in corporate accounting in various service industries. She also has significant experience in accounting/finance staffing. In her previous placement role, she participated extensively in job fairs, recruiting candidates, selling placement services to local Pittsburgh clients and mentoring and training new employees.
