Organization is a stable, growing and progressive financial institution.  Currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join the Accounting Department.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for:

• Assisting top management in managing and directing the accounting functions and overseeing the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Evaluating and making appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.
• Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will perform a variety of tasks as assigned
• Responsible to lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Proficient in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. 

Education

• Designation of CPA preferred.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Salary range $80-95k
