We will discuss current internal controls, red flags, potential problems and how to advise clients on related issues.  Additionally we will review some fraud war stories, potential solutions, and foreign corrupt practices making the news headlines.

Mr. Kirkpatrick has over 13 years of audit experience primarily within the internal audit discipline. He has experience within a variety of middle market clients, as well as specialized expertise in the Financial Services field, where he has assessed the effectiveness of risk management and financial internal control systems, developed and coordinated internal audit plans in accordance with established audit procedures and identified and presented audit exceptions and findings.
