The Economic Recovery Team

The Economic Recovery Team of Alpern Rosenthal is comprised of an experienced team of professionals from all disciplines, including: accounting, tax, general business, internal controls and investments, who all have in-depth industry experience. The members of the team have received special training and developed resources in what it takes for companies to be successful today and in the future.

In addition, we have a full team of professionals at Alpern Rosenthal supporting us with extensive knowledge and experience across all major industry sectors including, technology, manufacturing, construction, real estate, not-for-profit, medical, retail and wholesale distribution.

Alexander Paul, CPA, MBA

In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Paul is actively involved as a business consultant with many of the Firm’s clients. With more than 20 years of experience with Alpern Rosenthal, his background includes experience with a national certified public accounting firm and serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a national privately-held company.

Thomas D. Pratt, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA

Mr. Pratt specializes in business valuation, financial reorganization and litigation support. He has testified as an expert on accounting and valuation and has prepared complex financial and forensic accounting analyses for hundreds of court proceedings.

Kieran A. O’Dea, CPA

Mr. O’Dea has more than ten years of experience providing consulting, accounting and auditing services to several closely-held companies, including many in the manufacturing industry.

Steven T. Feldbauer, JD

Mr. Feldbauer has over 12 years of experience providing tax, legal and financial consulting services to a variety of clients. After spending eight years with a national accounting firm, Mr. Feldbauer joined Alpern Rosenthal and provides tax and business consulting services for clients primarily in the manufacturing, real estate, technology, retail/distribution, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors.

Adam G. Yofan, CPA, PFS

Mr. Yofan specializes in financial planning, wealth transfer, asset management and risk management. He has more than 21 years of professional experience, including working with both a large investment company and a national accounting firm.
