Mr. DiNatale has been a shareholder of the Firm since 1988 and has served as chairman of the board from 1997 to 2008.  Mr. DiNatale is a frequent speaker on the subjects of estate planning, personal taxation, corporate taxation, benefits planning for small businesses, alternative minimum tax issues, tax-free reorganizations and income tax accounting for long-term contracts. His audiences include various business and professional associations, chambers of commerce, financial institutions, accounting societies and legal administrative organizations.
