Mr. Charnock’s ability to provide specialized services to the Firm, and his overall responsibility for its business functions, make him a key member of the Alpern Rosenthal team. He coordinates:

- Human resources management
- Technology management
- Systems and facilities management
Mr. Charnock is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management. He handles all of the Firm’s human resource issues and consults on select client accounts in the human resource area.

Mr. Charnock is the Chief Operating Officer for Alpern Rosenthal. He has over 30 years of management experience, the last 20 of which have been with professional services firms.
