Mr. Brown has worked on many large international engagements with U.S.-based and foreign-based multinationals. His experience includes a broad range of international tax compliance and consulting. He has worked on a variety of complex consulting engagements including:

• International acquisitions and reorganizations
• Repatriation transactions
• Transfer pricing
• Technology transfer
• Planning for foreign investments in the U.S.
• Foreign tax credit projects

Experience

Mr. Brown, who has over 24 years of prior tax experience with national accounting firms, leads the Firm’s International Taxation Services. He has represented his clients on international tax matters before IRS examiners and appeals agents. In addition, Mr. Brown has consulted on a variety of Federal tax matters including mergers and acquisitions and tax accounting methods.
