Experience

Mr. Brennan possesses more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and taxation. He joined Alpern Rosenthal after gaining extensive experience with the National Tax Services Office and the Pittsburgh office of a national accounting firm. Mr. Brennan provides tax services for individuals and businesses in manufacturing, construction, professional services, real estate and technology. In addition, he speaks on a variety of tax topics, including valuations of closely-held businesses, benefits planning for small businesses, alternative minimum tax issues, divisive reorganizations under Section 355, income tax accounting for long-term contracts and tax implications for S Corporations.
