Experience
Mr. Barger has more than 20 years of public accounting experience and has been with the Firm since 1996. As the the Director of the Firm’s Manufacturing Services Group, a large concentration of his services focuses on privately-held manufacturing and distribution companies. Additionally, Mr. Barger is the Director of Employee Benefit Plan Audit Services. He oversees all audit services provided to the Firm’s pension clients and is responsible for managing a significant number of our Firm’s employee benefit plan audits. Prior to joining Alpern Rosenthal, Mr. Barger was associated with a national CPA firm for six years and worked at a regional accounting firm for several years. Mr. Barger has served as a team member on numerous AICPA peer review engagements.
