Ms. Baranowski has focused exclusively in the area of business valuation and litigation support, primarily in equitable distribution matters, for the last several years.
Experience
Ms. Baranowski’s skills, experience and training in accounting, forensic accounting and business valuations have allowed her to develop an expertise in this field. She has worked on a wide range of business valuations and economic damages analyses incurred by individuals and business operations in a variety of industries. Ms. Baranowski was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1997 and received the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts in 1998 upon the completion of the necessary training and testing requirements.
Ms. Baranowski has been awarded the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation by the AICPA.
Ms. Baranowski has been qualified as an expert and provided testimony in numerous counties in Pennsylvania.
