The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC)

The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) is the largest and oldest national construction trade association in the United States. Operating in partnership with its nationwide network of Chapters, AGC provides a full range of services satisfying the needs and concerns of its members, thereby improving the quality of construction and protecting the public interest. A full service national trade association with a nationwide network of exceptional chapters, AGC represents more than 32,000 leading firms in the industry — including general contractors, specialty contractors and service providers and suppliers.

Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC)

Our Firm is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC), a national association representing nearly 25,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms in 78 chapters across the United States. ABC is recognized as one of the leading organizations representing America's business community and the U.S. construction industry.

Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania (CAWP)

The Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania is a membership organization dedicated to furthering the agenda of heavy and highway union contractors. For over 70 years, the Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania has been a credible and tireless advocate for union contractors in western Pennsylvania, by addressing issues such as adequate transportation funding and competitive labor markets.

Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA)

“The Source and Resource for Construction Financial Professionals” and the only nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the construction financial professional. CFMA’s General Members represent all types of contractors — including generals and subs — as well as developers, construction managers, architects, engineers, principals and material and equipment suppliers. Associate Members include the accounting, insurance, surety, software, legal and banking specialists who serve the construction industry.

Construction Industry CPAs/Consultants Association (CICPAC)

Alpern Rosenthal is a member of Construction Industry CPAs/Consultants Association (CICPAC), a national organization, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. This organization is comprised of CPA firms that have significant practices in the construction industry, and is represented by one firm in each member city. In order to be admitted to CICPAC as a member, the Firm must meet certain criteria regarding their services to contractors. As a CICPAC member, our Firm can enhance and expand the expertise and services we provide construction industry clients by tapping into a national network of experts.

Gold Coast Builders Association (GCBA)

Gold Coast Builders Association is a professional trade association chartered by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and affiliated with Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA). Membership in the Association promotes the enhancement of professionalism within the industry, educational opportunities, the exchange of ideas and community leadership.

Master Builders' Association of Western Pennsylvania (MBA)

Our Firm is a member of the Master Builders' Association of Western Pennsylvania, Inc., which represents the commercial, institutional and industrial building construction industry in Western Pennsylvania. A full-service chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), MBA is the only trade association in which general contractors are in the majority and their concerns are a priority.

Palm Beach County Business Development Board

A private, not-for-profit corporation founded in 1982 as Palm Beach county's official economic development organization. BDB works to attract and retain business investment through corporate relocations, expansions and international trade; and provide marketing support and business networking services through a paid membership organization that partially funds economic development services.
