Mr. Kovacs was recently hired as the new Director of Quality Control for the accounting and auditing practice of Alpern Rosenthal. In this role, Mr. Kovacs is responsible for the Firm's quality control policies and procedures.

In addition to accounting and auditing, Mr. Kovacs assists clients with profit enhancement, capital sourcing, strategic business planning and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kovacs is also a frequent author and lecturer on topics relating to the manufacturing, distribution, automotive and technology industries, working closely with clients to enhance their operations and financial results.

Experience
He has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting assisting clients with complex accounting and financial matters. Prior to joining Alpern Rosenthal, Mr. Kovacs was a partner in regional accounting firms based in Philadelphia and Columbus.
