Mr. Charnock is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human
Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management. He
handles all of the firm's human resource issues and consults on select
client accounts in the human resource area.

Mr. Charnock is the Chief Operating Officer for Alpern Rosenthal. He has
over 30 years of management experience, the last 20 of which have been
with professional services firms.
