Building Owners and Managers Association

BOMA International is a primary source of information on office building development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics and technological developments.

International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)

The global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 75,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world.

National Association of Home Builders

NAHB is a Washington, D.C.-based trade association whose mission is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry. Chief among NAHB’s goals is providing and expanding opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing.  As “the voice of America’s housing industry,” NAHB helps promote policies that will keep housing a national priority.

National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP)

NAIOP is the international association of developers, owners and professionals of commercial, industrial and mixed-use real estate. Members promote responsible, sustainable development that creates jobs. NAIOP supports diversity within the industry, provides education and advocates for legislation that benefits the communities in which we work and live.

National Association of Real Estate Companies

Through the strong relationships between and effective communication among the firms that NAREC membership promotes, concerns of the real estate industry can be more clearly and uniformly communicated.

Palm Beach County Business Development Board

A private, not-for-profit corporation founded in 1982 as Palm Beach county's official economic development organization. BDB works to attract and retain business investment through corporate relocations, expansions and international trade; and provide marketing support and business networking services through a paid membership organization that partially funds economic development services.

Urban Land Institute

As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local, national and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places. The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
